Essential nutrients for muscle, bone, joint and dental systems.

Calcium L-threonate  It builds bone mass, strengthening bones and joints, with an absorption rate 9 times greater than regular calcium; hence, it is not retained in the body. Calcium helps support the normal functioning of bone and dental systems.

L-threonic acid is derived from Calcium

L-threonate and functions as an active metabolite of vitamin C. It contributes to the process of generating collagen tissue in bones and cartilage in various joints.

Different types of calcium have different amounts of calcium and absorption rates. Calcium Carbonate contains 40% calcium, but only 10% is absorbed. A 1,000 mg tablet provides 400 mg of calcium, but the body absorbs only 40 mg (10% of 400 mg).

Calcium Citrate contains 21% calcium, but 30-50% is absorbed. A 1,000 mg tablet provides 210 mg of calcium, and the body absorbs 63 – 105 mg (30-50% of 210 mg). Calcium L-threonate contains 13% calcium, but it is absorbed more than 95% (almost completely). A 1,000 mg tablet provides 130 mg of calcium, and the body absorbs all of it.

Black Sesame contains antioxidants. It reduces inflammation of bones and joints.

Soy Bean  helps maintain normal bone conditions, reduces calcium release from bones, and promotes bone formation.

Manganese aids in generating connective tissues in cartilage and helps prevent osteoporosis. 1 out of 4 individuals with manganese deficiency will develop osteoporosis.

Magnesium is an essential element in bones and teeth, contributing to their strength. It helps regulate the balance of calcium in bones and blood. It prevents calcification in tissues and organs, thereby supporting the normal functioning of nervous and musculoskeletal systems.

A study published in The Journal of Nutrition indicates that the ideal calcium to magnesium (Ca:Mg) ratio is between 2.2 and 3.2 Source: Fouhy, L., Mangano, K. M., Zhang, X., et al. (2023).

Boron World Health Organization (WHO) indicates that boron is important in boosting bone density and strength. It plays a role in muscle strengthening and reduces the release of calcium and magnesium from bones. It contributes to the equilibrium of estrogen, a hormone crucial for the process of bone formation.

5 Amino Acid (L-Lysine,  L-Alanine,  L-Leucine, L-Arginine, L-Glutamine)  These five amino acids are crucial for the synthesis of collagen in bones, consequently reducing the risk of fractures and enhancing bone healing.

Vitamin D 3  increases the absorption of calcium from food.

Did you know?

Vitamin D3 has higher bioavailability than Vitamin D 2 because it can increase blood vitamin D levels by 56-87% more than Vitamin D2.
