🎀 Membership Rules

  1. Place order and sign up for membership only through the Line Official channel: @enelthailand. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash on delivery (COD), or credit card.
  2. Customers must provide the registered phone number every time they make a purchase to accumulate points accurately.
  3. Members will receive accumulated points through the Line Official channel after the company staff notifies the package tracking number, within 24 hours.
  4. In the case where members do not receive accumulated points within the mentioned timeframe (referring to #3.), they can request points from the website administrator within 3 days after placing an order.
  5. In the case where customers are not yet a member, they must sign up first and then can request points from the website administrator within 3 days after placing an order.
  6. In the case of cash on delivery, if there is a cancellation of the order, the company will deduct the points received from the canceled purchase. For all future orders, customers are required to make payments via bank transfer only.
  7. The company’s decision in any matter that arises is considered final.
  8. The company reserves the right to change reward policies and point-earning rates without prior notice.
  9. The company is not responsible in cases of lost coupons, lost accumulated points, or anything that occurs due to the actions of members in all circumstances.

  • 2,000 Points = Discount coupon of 70 Baht
  • 4,000 Points = Discount coupon of 150 Baht
  • 7,000 Points = Discount coupon of 300 Baht
  • 11,000 points = ENEL Calmag DPlus, 1 box, 30 tablets (worth 990 Baht)

  • 11,000 points = ENEL CHESS MemPlus, 1 box, 30 tablets (worth 990 Baht)

  • 11,000 points = ENEL APlus, 1 box, 30 tablets (worth 990 Baht)

  1. Check accumulated points
  2. Click or press the coupon that you want
  3. Record coupon code and capture the screen
  4. Submit the coupon code via Line Official of ENEL Thailand
  5. Wait for processing

🎀 Terms and conditions for coupon use

  1. Please click or press to claim for reward redemption and take a screenshot as evidence to confirm the coupon use.
  2. Reserved rights: 1 member can only claim reward redemption once a day.
  3. One purchase order can use only one coupon.
  4. Reserve rights to change the rewards. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. In the event of lost coupons, the company is not responsible under any circumstances.
