Dosage of ENEL CalMag DPlus

1 tablet daily

At any time, such as on an empty stomach, after meal, or before bedtime. (It is best recommended to consume after meal to enhance Vitamin D absorption.)

** Can take up to 2 tablets daily depending upon individual nutritional needs. (Each tablet should be taken at least 2 hours apart.)

For optimal efficiency and to prevent interference with calcium absorption (Referring to all types of calcium collectively, in general.)

Avoid taking ENEL CalMag DPlus together with

Some groups of antibiotics
Caffeinated drinks (such as tea and coffee)
Iron supplements

For optimal absorption and to prevent interactions between drugs and dietary supplements, it is recommended to take antibiotics, caffeinated drinks, and iron supplements separately from ENEL CalMag DPlus, with a minimum interval of 2 hours.

Storage method

To maintain the highest product quality

Keep the products in a cool, dry room at the temperature around 25–30 degrees Celsius. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat. Nutritional supplement products in tablet form should not be stored in the refrigerator due to moisture, as it can cause degradation of the extracts.

If the product is taken out of the aluminum foil bag, it should be consumed within 2-3 months. (In fact, continuous consumption of nutritional supplement products is recommended.) Aluminum foil bags containing the products should always be stored in a box with silica gel for desiccation. Avoid exposure to sunlight and moisture, as ENEL products contains several natural extracts.
